Description:
Drives tram and van to transport guests, owners or company personnel by performing the following duties.

Drives tram and van throughout property, stopping at designated tram stops, or other destinations according to assigned schedule. Assists passengers into and out of vehicle. Assist with loading and unloading baggage. Deliver packages to units for guests and owners.

Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report status of service.

Maintains maintenance records to keep vehicles clean and serviced with fuel, lubricants, and accessories. Keep up routine service on vehicles through our rental maintenance department if needed.

High school or equivalent education required.

Accounting Clerk II

Description:
Manage all aspects of membership billing in company software system, SMS. Process all clubs daily work to include sales and daily management reports and keep spreadsheets up to date. Responsible for all member billing and accounts receivable handling guest relations in a professional, courteous manner.

Membership billing – posting monies received, run the recurring fees at the end of the month, process club statement billing, add new members and maintain the account, collection of past due accounts.

Chargebacks – credit card disputes from all properties, respond in a timely manner.

Daily paperwork from night audit and sort all tickets from club, maintain spreadsheets.

Assist Accounting with other duties as assigned by management.

Accounts Payable Statements – help keep all invoices current.

High school or equivalent education required

Front Desk Agent

Attend to guests’ and owners’ needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information.

Accept payment for guests’ accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.

Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.

Rental Maintenance Tech 2 and 3

Description:
Responsible for the maintenance of all management property, rental and non-rental units, at owners’ request.

General maintenance and repair of all rental and approved non-rental units. General repairs of Resort Management offices.

Perform monthly HVAC preventive maintenance.

Filling out and turning in all work orders including documenting all parts used for each job. Completing follow ups to appropriate departments.

High school or equivalent education preferred.

Minimum 2 years’ experience maintenance, preferably in a resort environment. Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances and minor HVAC.

Pool Attendant

Description:
To ensure that the entire pool area including chairs, tables, and pools are clean prior to opening pool and to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the day.

Constant walk-through of pool area to make certain it is clean (no trash on the grounds) and tidy, including emptying trash receptacles. Ensure all pool furniture is in its proper place.

To complete setting up and breaking down of all service cabanas as designated by management.

Inspect entire pool area replacing any missing items and/or repairing (when possible) any items needing attention. (i.e. umbrellas, chairs, flags).

High school or equivalent education required.

1st Assistant Superintendent

Summary: Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to insure the overall condition of each golf course is maintained to the highest standards and finest possible playing conditions and surroundings for members and guests. Responsibilities include but not limited to: daily operations, scheduling maintenance, managing budgeted costs and proper chemical usage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Through guidance of Golf Course Superintendent, oversee and maintain turf and playing conditions to the highest level possible by direction of staff scheduling, landscape management, chemical applications, irrigation management, and special cultural practices.
Supervise, coordinate, train, and schedule daily assignments and projects conducted by the golf course staff.
Maintain certification in pesticide application by the appropriate regulatory agency. Familiar with basic fertilizer processes including set up, storage, application, and compiling accurate record keeping procedures. Apply fertilizer and chemicals to golf course as conditions dictate i.e. fertilizers, applications, top dressing, and aerification
Participate and ensure Golf Course Maintenance staff's participation in OSHA/Safety programs within the resort through awareness in every day job functions.
Oversee golf course equipment ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.

Education/Experience:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages one subordinate supervisor who supervises a total of 24 employees in the Hombre Gold Club and Edgewater Executive Golf Course. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.

2016 Summer Recreation Intern

As a recreation Intern you will be required to complete the following with professionalism:
Plan, budget, and implement diverse recreation activities and events at the resort.
Develop promotional collateral for all recreation programs effectively within the resort.
Actively maintain risk management applications to the activities.
Follow guidance and assignments of Recreation Director & Manager to ensure proper implementation.
Work collaboratively as a team to produce activity programs that are beneficial to the resort’s guests.
Supervise and coordinate nightly programs for kids 5-12 years of age.

Pro Shop Attendant

Reservations Sales Agent

Answer reservations line in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Provide guests with the requested information concerning the resort, rates, availability, the resorts amenities and the surrounding area. Obtain the necessary information from the guests and enter into the NAVIS and SMS system. Agent must be effective in sales and customer service and adhere to the NAVIS compliance guidelines and sales philosophy.

Process incoming Online Travel Agency (OTA) reservations correctly and in a timely manner. Agent will make outbound calls to return voicemails and follow up with guests that previously shown interest in Resort Collection. Any other duties as dictated by supervisor or manager.

High school or equivalent education preferred.

Previous call center/customer service experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Full time position with starting hourly rate of $10.25 with 90 day pay increase and monthly bonus potential.

Housekeeping Dispatch

Minimum Standards & Qualifications

In order to maintain our Independent Contractor status, the following items are both
understood and followed in day-to-day operations:

1. Associate pays all of their own BCAR dues. Associate pays for his/her continuing education expenses and renewal fees.
2. Associate pays auto expenses without compensation from Broker.
3. Associate pays own entertainment expenses without reimbursement.
4. Associate has not been required to maintain specific floor day schedules, nor forced to attend meetings. Although, if the Associate is unable to adapt to the suggested schedule the Broker will assign another associate to take Associates days.
5. Associate is not required to meet mandatory quotas but will be subject to minimum performance productivity.
6. Each Associate shall decide individually when to take vacations. The Associate is responsible for locating another Associate to assume the responsibility for covering floor time.
7. Associate pays own income tax and F.I.C.A.
8. Associate receives no minimum salary or sick pay.
9. Association with Broker may be terminated by either party at any time upon notice, but the rights of the parties to any fees which accrue prior to said parting shall not be divested by either party.
10. Each Associate is directly subject to sanctions from governmental bodies and will use the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics as a professional guideline.
11. An Associate is not required to join training programs or group programs.
12. Each Associate will sign an Independent Contractor Agreement every 5 years.

Florida Real Estate license is required.
