Condo Maintenance Tech

Golf Course Assistant Superintendant

Responsible for the overall condition of the golf course including but not limited to: daily operations, scheduling maintenance, managing budgeted costs and proper chemical usage. Responsible for maintaining the turf and playing conditions of the Golf Course to the highest level and provide the finest possible playing conditions and surroundings for guests.

Oversee and maintain turf and playing conditions to the highest level possible by direction of staff scheduling, landscape management, chemical applications, irrigation management, and special cultural practices.

Supervise, coordinate, train, and schedule daily assignments and projects conducted by the golf course staff.

Maintain certification in pesticide application by the appropriate regulatory agency. Familiar with basic fertilizer processes including set up, storage, application, and compiling accurate record keeping procedures. Apply fertilizer and chemicals to golf course as conditions dictate i.e. fertilizers, applications, top dressing, and aerification

Delegate authority to management staff to make decisions for daily operations.

Participate and ensure Golf Course Maintenance staff's participation in OSHA/Safety programs within the resort through awareness in every day job functions.

High school or equivalent education required.
Degree in Turf Management preferred.

Previous Golf Maintenance experience required.

For this position, a Florida state pesticide certification within 60 days of hire is required.

Pro Shop Attendant

To provide Resort Collection guests and Club members with courteous, professional and friendly service. This position may be required to work in Club Pro Shop, as Ranger/Beverage Cart Attendant, Pool Attendant, Activities Attendant and as Guest Services Desk Agent.

Take appointments and sign ups for various activities and events, including tee times, both winter and summer events. Check in all guests and members using facility, collecting payment when necessary, following all policies and procedures. Promote and sell club memberships.

Assist in sales in the Pro Shop to guests and members.

Monitor activity on golf course, pool deck, and tennis courts. Check receipts to verify payment, ensure appropriate attire and behavior, ensure that rules are being adhered to and equipment is not being abused.

High school or equivalent education preferred.

Previous resort experience preferred.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Reservations Sales Agent

The Reservation Sales agent handles all guest calls for booking reservations. Answers questions regarding rates and availability and asks questions to help determine the resort that would best suit their vacation rental needs. Serves the guest by giving accurate information in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Job duties will require outbound calls to guests and data entry of online reservations.

Answer reservations line in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Provide guests with the requested information concerning the resort, rates, availability, the resorts amenities and the surrounding area. Obtain the necessary information from the guests and enter into the NAVIS and SMS system. Agent must be effective in sales and customer service and adhere to the NAVIS compliance guidelines and sales philosophy.

Process incoming Online Travel Agency (OTA) reservations correctly and in a timely manner. Agent will make outbound calls to return voicemails and follow up with guests that previously shown interest in Resort Collection. Any other duties as dictated by supervisor or manager.

High school or equivalent education preferred.

Previous call center/customer service experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Full time position with starting hourly rate of $10.25 with 90 day pay increase and monthly bonus potential.
Must be able to work mid and evening shifts.

Wedding Coordinator

To sell, coordinate, and service all weddings to the client’s specifications while adhering to all Resort Collection departmental policies and procedures. Act as first point of contact for brides and grooms and maintain relationship throughout the wedding planning process through event date. This position reports to the Catering Sales Manager with some reporting obligations to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Prepare marketing material and attend various wedding trade shows to promote Resort Collection weddings
Establish relationships with clients in an effort to meet and exceed annual Catering Sales goals
Utilize Delphi and Excel to run space availability and pace reports.
Establish and maintain consistent communication with clients via email and telephone; Respond to all clients within 24 hours of contact
Coordinate and finalize function space setup, décor, food and beverage menus
Up sell food and beverage menus and additional functions to achieve budget
Coordinate and host vendor appointments and menu tastings with clients
Gather and share knowledge of current and cutting-edge wedding trends and recommend to clients
Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors; Communicate effectively and efficiently with vendors via email and phone; Respond to all vendors and prospective vendors within 24 hours of contact
Create Banquet Event Orders for all weddings events; Provide Banquet Event Orders to clients 4 weeks prior to event for client approval.
Consistently communicate with the Banquet Staff and Chefs regarding event requirements, timing and special requests
Attend weekly departmental and staff meetings to update department managers on all upcoming weddings and special events
Troubleshoot event and operational obstacles and resolve in a timely, professional manner while ensuring client satisfaction
Consistently work to exceed client’s expectations by proactively anticipating their needs

Room Attendant

Housekeeping Inspectors

Guest Service Supervisor

Hands-on supervision of employees of the Guest Services Department, including Front Desk Agents and Tram drivers. Delegate job assignments and manage the work environment to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining service standards.

Accept requests from guests and employees regarding assistance with baggage handling and storage, delivery of items, limousine transfers, or assistance with obtaining transportation and assigning agents to handle these requests. Work with the agents thru check-in process to identify, register and room guests. Make corrections or adjustments to the seamless check in system as the operation necessitates.

Prepare and maintain all tour and delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy and operational standards are upheld. If necessary supervise all group baggage transfers and amenity deliveries to ensure proper handling and completion. Complete daily paperwork.

Maintain the check-in station for appearance, organization, and operational effectiveness. Must be proactive in the maintenance of the valet and bell stand for appearance, organization, and operational effectiveness. Inspect employees’ uniforms, operational departmental areas for cleanliness and organization, correcting as necessary and communicate expectations of these areas to the staff.

Conduct daily pre-shift briefings.

High school or equivalent education required.

Minimum one year previous supervisory and/or management experience.

Rental Maintenance Techs III

Independent Contractor Status

Minimum Standards & Qualifications

In order to maintain our Independent Contractor status, the following items are both
understood and followed in day-to-day operations:

1. Associate pays all of their own BCAR dues. Associate pays for his/her continuing education expenses and renewal fees.
2. Associate pays auto expenses without compensation from Broker.
3. Associate pays own entertainment expenses without reimbursement.
4. Associate has not been required to maintain specific floor day schedules, nor forced to attend meetings. Although, if the Associate is unable to adapt to the suggested schedule the Broker will assign another associate to take Associates days.
5. Associate is not required to meet mandatory quotas but will be subject to minimum performance productivity.
6. Each Associate shall decide individually when to take vacations. The Associate is responsible for locating another Associate to assume the responsibility for covering floor time.
7. Associate pays own income tax and F.I.C.A.
8. Associate receives no minimum salary or sick pay.
9. Association with Broker may be terminated by either party at any time upon notice, but the rights of the parties to any fees which accrue prior to said parting shall not be divested by either party.
10. Each Associate is directly subject to sanctions from governmental bodies and will use the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics as a professional guideline.
11. An Associate is not required to join training programs or group programs.
12. Each Associate will sign an Independent Contractor Agreement every 5 years.

Florida Real Estate license is required.
